Activate your Omitly licence

Omitly runs as a full-featured 14-day trial with no licence. When you’re ready to keep using it, add your licence — it takes a moment and doesn’t require an account.

Import a licence file

1. Open Omitly and go to More ▾ → About Omitly….
2. Under Licence, choose Import licence file… and select the file from your purchase email.
3. Omitly confirms the licence and unlocks the licensed features.

The licence verifies locally. There’s no periodic check-in, no heartbeat and no remote kill switch — once activated, your install keeps working, offline and indefinitely.

Licensing for teams

A licence is issued to you as a person, not tied to a specific device — see Omitly plans: Personal and Pro for how that works. There’s no self-service multi-seat plan today; if you’re licensing for a team or an office, contact support and we’ll work through it with you.

Trouble activating?

If the licence won’t import, check it’s the file for this product and hasn’t been altered in transit, then contact support with your Omitly version and OS.
