Omitly plans: Personal and Pro
Updated 6 Aug 2026 · Applies to Omitly 2.3.4+ · macOS (Apple silicon) & Windows
Omitly is a desktop app you buy once, not a subscription you rent. The plans differ in what’s included, not in how licensing itself works.
The plans
- Personal — the full local PDF editor and redaction workflow, with a signed certificate marked for personal use.
- Pro — Personal plus the professional features (see the pricing page for the current inclusions). A one-time licence, not a recurring subscription.
Deploying Omitly across an office? Get in touch — there is no self-service multi-seat plan today.
For current inclusions and prices, see the pricing page — that page is the authority, and this article deliberately doesn’t restate prices so the two can’t drift apart.
How licensing works
- A licence is issued to you, not bound to a machine — there’s no directory to provision, and moving to a new computer needs nothing from us.
- A licence verifies locally. There’s no periodic check-in and no remote kill switch: an activated install keeps working.
To set up a licence, see Activate your Omitly licence. To reassign one, see Move your licence to another computer.
